NullHype provides AI-powered tech news curation and analysis designed for general audiences. The Service filters news from sources like Hacker News and Reddit to provide simplified insights, reducing information overload ('FOMO') and identifying marketing hype, rather than technical engineering advice or documentation.
3. User Accounts
Some features require user registration through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Polar.sh. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
The content provided by NullHype, including AI-generated analysis and verdicts, is for informational purposes only. We aggregate and analyze publicly available information. Original content and branding are owned by NullHype.
6. Disclaimer & AI Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. a) No Professional Advice: The content provided, including AI-generated verdicts, scores, and summaries, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You agree not to treat any content on NullHype as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or product. b) AI Inaccuracies: The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLM). You acknowledge that AI systems may produce inaccurate, biased, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). NullHype is not responsible for errors in AI analysis or the accuracy of third-party content sourced from external platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
NullHype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
