4. Google API Services User Data Policy

NullHype's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• •We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
• •We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., authentication via Clerk), to comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition/asset sale.

5. Sharing with Service Providers

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service:

• •Supabase — database and storage
• •Google Analytics — usage analytics

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.

Gentive is based in the Republic of Korea. The Service may be supported by providers who process data in other countries (including the United States). By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed in Korea and other locations where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected during such transfers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and measure performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
